Operation Reassurance - 215-481-6489
Telephone contact program for older Pennsylvanians. This program is offered at no cost to all eligible residents who are over age 60
and live alone.

PACE:
Helps older Pennsylvanians to pay their prescription expenses.
Eligibility is limited to those over 65 years of age, with a total income
$14,000 if single $17,000 if married, who have lived in PA for 90 days
and are not presently enrolled for prescription benefits under the Medical Assistance program.

PACENET:
The requirements for eligibility are the same as above, with the exception of the total income being $14,000 -$16,000 if single or $17,200-$19,200 for a married couple. Also, if you qualify for PACENET you must satisfy a $500.00 yearly deductible before PACE will begin reimbursing your prescriptions.
