Loan Pool

Commercial loan pool funds are available for a multitude of uses. While primarily designed for facade improvements consistent with the New Vision Plan and its Commercial Architectural Guidelines, loan applications may also include funds for interior renovations necessary to continue, expand. or improve your business activity.

Operated in conjunction with Abington Savings Bank, a commitment from the Federal Home Loan Bank in the amount of one million dollars has been made for use in qualifying districts. Funds are available at below market rates, and vary on a daily basis.
